I watched the View today and must commend the panel in discussing the plight of the federal workers that are affected by the government shut down. Kudos to Whoopi for initiating a challenge for other american's to come up with ways to help these federal workers through these tough times. There might be at least one way to end the stalemate over this southern border wall debate. Hold a national Plebiscite. Let the american people decide if they want the wall or not.
