Overall, wonderful film. And the production team did a great job casting Gwyneth Paltrow to play Emma. I feel Gwyneth Paltrow played her character exceptionally well considering her character is awfully similar to her own life. A wealthy woman who is a manipulative narcissist who loves to control everyone and everything around her. She simply must have her way. She lives in her own little world and looks down on people beneath her who do not have the same level of wealth and fortune as her. She loves to point out to them she is above everyone else and those who are less fortunate than her are mere peasants under her feet. Emma is a character that fits Gwyneth Paltrow like a glove. I wonder even though Harriot is an illegitimate child of an aristocratic, would Emma care for her if she was born into a poor family? I don’t think so.

Boring as hell.. Worst K-drama series I watched on Netflix.
