Honestly, after watching both, the best way I can put it is Whedon's work come to you like sparknotes; short, main points, concise. But Synder's is like reading the whole novel, all the missed action, drama, descriptions and plots, that he tell in a cohesive, yet segmented, way that leaves you feeling engaged in the storyline from start to finish. In summary, on of the best DC movies I've seen in a LONG time, even at 4 hours.
