Disagree strongly with the part of honor. Author seems to have projected an idea of honor which is much more fixed with peer pressure than righteouness though he calls peer pressure as loyalty, etc..
There has to be a balance, if honor doesn't also come from a place of righteousness/virtue than it is just a man who gives in to peer pressure to win over their validation, and that in itself is inherently contradictory with courage, if anything it is cowardice.
Works well if you want to lead a group with sheep mentality but to me it seems very unmasculine, societies have not been build this way, may be cults. Virtue(righteouness) and honor have to be inter linked and thetr has to be a balance.
