Absolutely fantastic. Broke the mould. There was total silence in the cinema as the credits rolled because people were gobsmacked. One thing I must say- some reviews are saying that Rami Malik didn't do the villain justice, and that there should have been more menace in him. Unfortunately, this isn't true. Most of the truly terrflying real life villains look and act like ordinary people. Take a look at some video interviews of them.

Despite the poor reviews ( I like to make up my own mind ), I loved this! Having seen the stage show and read the original poetry book, I found the additions to the original stage musical worked very well and gave more to the story. I didn't find the cats creepy at all, more like elegant and athletic ballet. Plus- everything that Mr Stewart said.
