I HAVE NOT READ THE BOOK(S) (never heard of them or it?)so maybe I was expecting something different.
Okay, the premise is AWESOME for a sci-fi fan but slowly over episode 5,& 6 it becomes slow with fantasy engagement. Sci-fi, meets fantasy, meets, rom-com (the boyfriend is a leader in the fight now?). Imagine War of the Worlds meets Harry Potter, meets....Princess Bride? It's gotten a little silly and Hungers gamish for me. Lost Viewer.
