Dear Ellen, Im a disabled veteran here in central Ohio in a town called Chillicothe. We were placed in this apartment living facility by VA caseworkers who then forget about you saying they hands are tied. It makes it worse when you dont have a vehicle to get around in. The stress, high anxiety it causes wondering if you can pay for a ride to the grocery store or for personal needs. I need your help despertly ive watched your show where you kinda help people and i dont know where else to turn too. I pray that there may be a brighter tomorrow.
