I read the book in 3 days with every spare minute I had, even staying up til 4 am one night. And yet I thought the book wrapped up too neat and tidy. I loved the resolution between Caroline and her mom although I thought there could’ve been a little more interaction between them towards the end. I appreciated the resolution between Dru-Ann and Tatum and thought that felt authentic. But at the end each dramatic storyline was wrapped up in a few paragraphs except for the story with Gigi which was still wrapped in a bow. I guess that’s what Hilderbrands readers want but it felt a little too perfect to me. I was invested in each of the women and was glad that things worked out for them.
