I don’t get the negative hype. I’m playing it on PS5 and it is fantastic. I also don’t get why people say “it’s the same mechanic” or “it’s the same game nothing new” etc. this is the first call of duty game I ever played that allows you to control a squad. This makes the game very immersive. Crank the difficulty up and crank the stereo system too. Feel the explosions at your feet and the airplanes fly over head as Nazi curse you in German. It’s a damn good time. I give it an 8.5/10. This game does not suck. When seen collectively as a body of work (MW, MWII, MWIII,BO) it’s a great way to change things up. To me this is a fantastic “DLC” not worth $69.99 but Definitely worth adding to your collection. It nails that WWII vibe and I’d say it’s on par with world at war with the new bangin’ PS5 upgraded graphics.
