So a story about two Middle aged men on very different journeys, rekindling a last chance holiday away from their normal constraints of life. Except for Miles he just couldn’t leave this behind. Great story with such a wonderful portrayal of two and throw attitudes between old friends that should be foes, but an attachment of friendship that is held dear. One wants sex and fun, the other a deeper sense of well-being and soul. The comedy and drama runs throughout this story with a sense of joy and despair at every corner of this road trip of discovery, not just of the wine. But the end of this road has an answer for them both and not what they were looking for. Great depiction of mid life crisis for men and their last escapades.
