I haven't gamed in a very long time due to life, kids, etc. Horizon Zero Dawn had been sitting brand new on my shelf for almost 2 years before I finally decided to try it. I was hooked instantly. It plays like some of my favorite Bethesda titles in some ways. There aren't as many great single player games made anymore, so I am taking my time with HZD by savoring all of the side quests before moving onto the meat of the story. It's a rich and detailed world, and if you love a good post apocalyptic game as much as I do, this one will scratch that itch very well!
