I too didn’t have expectations but found the movie true to the exhaustive experience of families loving a child with extreme challenges. The father’s story interwoven with Ezra’s made it even more compelling …. both heartwarming and at times heartbreaking. And yet there was also much joy and much to laugh about. Families and their extensions are indeed complicated and unique constellations. Nicely done by the entire cast including a bunch of excellent cameo appearances. Bravo to all.
