Somewhere between a soap opera and a mini series. A little too soap operaesque for the kind of high quality projects Nicole Kidman and Liev Schrieber are usually a part of. If you are looking for a miniseries, it’s not bad, but it’s also not a must watch.

Disappointed in some of the acting, but more so in the completely implausible plot. Even with my disbelief suspended, trying to go along for the ride, the choices some of the characters make, along with what those characters get away with within those circumstances is just beyond implausible and insults the audience’s intelligence. Especially disappointed that this is a Shamylan film. I expected better. My advice is to skip it or wait until it is free on streaming.
