1) Whoever said this is better than Fringe is smoking crack!... 2) Episodes 1 and 2 are great and griping! Just one problem.... They feel like watching Episodes 4 and 5 of an already established world with established characters. Imagine you've never watched Fringe, X-Files or any other show you love, watching it for the first time only for the pilot episode to be episode 4 or 5 as you know it being a fan. That's literally what this show did and it's very weird. Hard to establish connections with the main characters in this fashion. However, depending on what they got planned for the show, this could be the point.
