I really loved the first two seasons that showed the development of Shaun Murphy) as he progressed and learnt how to exist in an extremely difficult job as a surgeon knowing that he has Autism and his work mates don’t . From season 3 onwards I’ve began to loose interest as the focus of sex and relationships took prominence especially as his love interest was what I concerned very manipulative . Shaun has lost his cuteness and now only focuses on Lea his house mate and love interest . They are now introducing relationships with other cast members which the fan sites love , I don’t as I’ve only ever been interested in the medical side and I feel Shaun has taken a back seat on that . Season 3 was the worst for me . Think I will stop watching season 4 if it continues rushing Shaun along till Autism becomes a thing of the past .
