I love the show! CBS Mornings has the best stories and top flight reporting. The only complaint I have is the name dropping and shameless plugs for the celebrities. For instance, all the gloating over Director Ava Duvernay and the film The Color Purple was nauseating. I’m a black woman and I wholeheartedly celebrate the accomplishments of my people but all the fawning is a turnoff and I think it defeats the purpose. Please dial it down!!! It’s waaay too much.

This is one of the funniest shows on television. I love that each episode contains a series of short stories that contribute to the main story. And it’s FUNNY! The entire cast, from oldest to youngest is hilarious. One reviewer says it is a poor imitation of Modern Family, but the writing and acting is much better in Life in Pieces. One of the best sitcoms EVER! Can’t wait for the next season to begin.
