Would love to give this game an honest chance, however after trying all of my game names I use for my characters, I can't even "get passed" character creation. 8 characters in length, no numbers, and no symbols unless in the middle, no capital letters unless at the beginning. In this day and age character naming should be pretty simple for all games, especially for an online game where "that name has already been taken" exists. I get users having unique game names, but let the name be open ended and have the unique id linked to gamer tag [which I'd use, but it's to long. And shortening it well, already in use] And I know the counter would be "try a different name" but as stated the several I tried that I'd want to play with are all taken, and I don't particularly want to name myself something just because it allowed it, and definitely not playing as hfpebose [random 8 letters] bc that name probably hasn't been taken 🤣
