You have to be in it to win, BUT, when the lottery profiteers want more money they just slip in a few more numbers making far greater than the old 14 million to one chance in winning the top pot. Bring it back to British ownership and reduce the numbers, anybody wanting more than a couple of millions should look for lotteries from overseas.
