I absolutely love this show. It's one of the few series that I have watched all seasons without getting bored at any point.The storyline, the characters and especially they way they explain the background of all characters & show us their lives beyond policing is what makes this show one of a kind. I was a bit sceptical when they brought on Nyla Harper but the writers are so great that they made me fall in love with her character easily. Tim & Chen are probably the weird couple for me. I think they were better in their Mentor & Mentee relationship. However, their romantic relationship is not as awkward and odd as I initially thought. Again, I highly recommend this show!

I think the series should have explored the private lives of the other detectives to make it more interesting. Also, all the main characters are very self righteous. At least have let's say Marcella and her husband, one is a wholesome person while the other can be self righteous. Same with the Sylvie and her husband. However, it's intriguing and the cases are not predictable until the very end.
