I ordered a cashmere sweater from this "company". It eventually arrived, it was at least two sizes too small and with no tags. I messaged them using their own messaging system and via an email. They refused to either refund me nor do an exchange hiding behind their refund and exchange method. Basically they took no part in acknowledging their fault. At a later date they got in touch with me offering 30% discount on my next purchase!!! I have involved my bank in the process of getting my money back. Nancy London is a thoroughly disreputable company DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Please heed my words.
