Watching you and Don Lemon go back and forth. You are ignoring the key and primary solution to stop the spread of hate in this country - the media. If organizations like yours or Fox News or any network, did not broadcast the story that everyone knows is negative, not based in any reality, and would only incite bigotry, violence, and give the disassociated and delusional human beings, who are not grounded or stable to begin with, the violence in this country would recede back into the woodwork. The yellow sensational journalism only gives credence and credit to the lies, abuse, fraud, and self-aggrandizement. Freedom of the press does not mean that broadcasting stories that are baseless is a right. The press should highlight the lack of legislation, campaign finance reform, term limits, transparency in Government. The media have an obligation to educate the public as well as inform them. Featuring what has become a daily temper tantrum to a functionally illiterate public who can not see the farce only serves the entire country an injustice. People want to believe, they wanted change, and the rhetoric at a 5th grade level spoke to that mentality. CNN does not get the low and underprivileged income population. Fox News and U.S. Today do. While you may have pointed out the wrongs, the injustice, you are but one person, who is fighting a system that is afraid of retaliation. Everyone in the Trump Administration knew how nasty and vindictive the man was. The public didn't know what a bully he was until he got in office.
