Beautifully shot and accurate portrayal. Even the shield crests are accurate, as in Seton's shield going into the killing of Comyn at Greyfriars. Lacking a sense of timelines though, although understandable in order to preserve "Hollywood" viewability. Characters had just enough depth and meaning amidst all of the events. I would have liked to have seen the Bruce meeting with the fleeing Templar Knights on Iona though. How else does he arrive back on the mainland with plenty of galleys and fighting techniques used in all later battles?
