Character assassination all around, they completely ignored the comic books. Here's a few examples:
-Alfred quits his job(he'd rather die than do that)
-Talia tries to kill Batman(she's too in love with him for that)
-Blake has the exact same backstory as Jason Todd(except he's not Jason Todd)
-Bane gets reduced to being a thug(he was never just a thug in the comic books)
I'm sure anyone else who has read the comic books would agree with me on most of these points.
