Absolutely incredible. The atmosphere is so perfectly executed and eerie and the monsters range from insanely difficult to fight (in the best way) to absolutely terrifying. Usually both ;) Very long, lots to do, great story, satisfying feel to the weapons. Be sure to play on Nightmare difficulty, otherwise you're simply cheating yourself.
