It got nothing right but the names of the characters, and shouldn’t have been affiliated with the book. The most annoying thing was that Artemis had ethical motives rather than money, as the book showed him a cold hearted villain and then let the reasons why slip into our grasp to make him more likeable. His father is barely relevant until book two, and the pitiful attempt to combine the books ended up getting even more wrong. This was the worst adaptation of a book I ever had the misfortune to watch, and I’m glad I can separate it from the books in my mind.
