Keep in mind that I'm playing this on a beast of a PC, 3080 gpu, I9 ETC...I haven't gotten most of the glitches that have been reported; the few I do and did get are minor and not game breaking. OK...The worst of it....For a game that was to be "revolutionary", it wasn't, I got deja vu from the Deus Ex game from a few years ago. For the most part...there isn't much in this game that hasn't been done before. The driving blows donkey. I usually play kb + mouse.. I had to use a wireless controller to move any vehicle effectively.
Most of this game, while not great or groundbreaking is OK to good. If you're not playing a previous console or weak PC, I think you'll agree...
There are 2 things that seem like a light at the end of the tunnel...The Witcher 3 *actually all of them) were ALSO hot messes at first and CDPR did come through. I'm confident that while it WILL take time, CDPR can do this to Cyberpunk 2077 The Storyline is where this game shines...It has deep and AHA! moments and is STILL CDPRs strongest talent.
I don't regret buying this. It isn't all I hoped it could be but it is an ok/ good game that still might turn out to be great.
