I haven’t seen many Chinese movies, but the few I’ve seen are much, much better than your typical Dummywood movie. Loved the patriotism and the writing and acting is head and shoulders above Hollyweird’s. One question though, is it common for Chinese movies to make the female characters complete useless, whiny idiots like the kid sister in this film? Oh well, her stupidity is a small price to pay to finally watch movies not chock full of delusional, woke, DEI garbage. 😂

I’m normally the most critical person when it comes to movies. I’ve become really jaded at how pathetic Dummywood writers have become, only good for ruining movies by making reboots, sequels and prequels. They’re completely incapable of coming up with an original idea anymore. Is this movie original, no but was it worth it, absolutely! I see it got review bombed which sadly gives people the wrong impression of this movie. It’s not a blockbuster, their budget was obviously limited so you’ve got to take that inconsideration when viewing this movie. Even with a small budget they created a movie with surprisingly good writing, well known actors and believable acting. If you like sci-fi, definitely give this a shot. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
