Not the best marvel movie, not the best spiderman movie. It was excessively filled with nostalgia and teen humor. I watched every single spiderman movie and the animated series from the 90s. I had the thought that maybe I'm getting too old for these movies. But then I loved Into the Spiderverse and still regularily rewatch it with the kids. This movie was on the same level as Ready Player One. Again I loved the book, but the movie was filled with nonsensical nostalgia.
