Martin Freeman was miscast in the role of a handler, his familiar facial mannerisms and acting style didn’t contribute any real gravitas to the character and seemed awkward.
Kruger, was compelling and exuded an emotional intensity that was pivotal to the films cohesion.
Unfortunately, there was nothing fresh in “ The Operative” that we hadn’t seen before.
