Absolutely awful game with the most horrendous customer service. While this may be a free to play game, if you begin playing, you will invest yourself into it. This investment is not warranted by the developers who will refuse to acknowledge you as a human being. Specifically, they experienced a DDOS attack which caused players to disconnect from their servers. While they acknowledged the DDOS attack, any penalties for leaving games persisted. When confronted with this reality the response I got was an automatically generated “sucks to be you” and my ticket was closed. They do not have human decency, and it actually shows through every aspect of this game when you really look at it. Please just play Valorant instead, like I will now.
