It is just bad. Bad acting, bad writing. The link back to Sherlock seems forced. I thought it would be good and added to my record list but after 1 and a half episode, I deleted it from my list. Not worth the time to watch.

I have been a Star Wars fan since 1977. I love almost everything about Star Wars. The disney version seem to be hit or miss. I liked Obi wan, Mandalorian and Andor, but Ashoka was disappointing, the final trilogy was disappointing. I was real excited about The Acolyte, the THR going back in time to the real JEDI, this could be great. But story writing is bad almost dumb and the acting is sub par. I hope it gets better. Episode 1 almost seemed like a bad parody of the Star War universe.
