Tom Cruise is cute, but he is no Jack Reacher. If you have read the Lee Childs books, Tom Cruise is more like a cute and too talkative kid. The new Jack Reacher movies on Amazon Prime with Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher is much more believable. Tom Cruise is way too short and likes to stand around and talk and make cute jokes and he does not match the books at all. Alan Ritchson is big, doesn't talk much, acts and doesn't stand around talking or trying to make cute jokes and is much more believable as the Jack Reacher in the books. Tom Cruise was really good in the Top Gun and Mission Impossible movies, but he should not have been cast as Jack Reacher. That's like casting an eager and wanting to please everyone dog as a ferocious lion. It just doesn't work. Thank you Alan Ritchson for being Jack Reacher in the Amazon Prime series!! You are very good!!
