We had a delivery from Schumacher and the guys were 8 hours late and kept us hanging around all day for nothing. Then when they got there they didn’t have a pallet lift to move the create into our garage. They left all their stuff on the drive and came back later that evening to unload it. Then the next day called and said they left their drill there and needed to come back. So I had to pay someone for two days to wait around for these clowns to do a 10 min delivery. And to top it off they never got a signature and wanted to meet again to get the signature. Totally unprofessional and clowns. Would never use this company again. Chris w
