I saw alot of familiar actors from big movies to popular TV series and the turth is that was the only reason i bother to continue to watch. The story line isn't too bad. But wow what ruins this show is the low budget cinematic and the bad acting that goes with, I'd seen high school plays that put on a better performance, oh the makeup, wow nothing like seeing fresh wound that's dry and clotting . As a professional first responder some of the techniques used were not even close to reality and some of the medical treatments would kill people. I ask myself how is it im watching and paying to see this on a netflix, they are clearly struggling to find quality content if they searching the bottom of the barrel for this.
