Was so excited for the remake. And the game itself is great and fun. But the last two updates have each erased significant (10-20 hours of gameplay/progress) on the PS4 each time. My offline character was impacted by game updates. Ridiculous. No support from Blizzard. What a waste of $40. Refuse to play any more as there is no guarantee that it won’t all be erased. Don’t even bother playing on PS4 unless you enjoy the pain of lost progress.
