I loved this movie, no it’s nowhere near the original but that’s literally the point- it’s a new spin on it and I thought Bill was fantastic. I don’t understand all the hate people are giving it. Cinematically I love the editing, color grading, the soundtrack, and the on screen chemistry with FKA Twigs was also on point even though it’s short lived. I liked it so much I watched it a 2nd time!

I’m a couple hours in so far and I’m absolutely loving this game. It’s choice based, the characters are super likeable, the story is incredible, and it’s very much a combo of cyberpunk vibes / life is strange / and of course some elements of dreamfall chapters (also by redthread, you even get a Wonkers Easter egg iykyk). The animation style is beautiful, the comabt is fun (but not too challenging) and I’m really liking the direction it’s going in!

There’s a lot of criticism about this game but I honestly had so much fun playing it, and I played all the Arkham games beforehand. I love how you can switch between all 4 characters, the story progression is really good, and the fighting’s fun. Graphics are beautiful and I didn’t experience any lagging or glitches. Leveling up your characters and customizing them really makes the experience. I saw someone say the characters fighting styles are all the same but that’s just not true- everyone has unique abilities, especially when you unlock their knighthood abilities and they all have very specific skill sets that can be useful for certain missions over others. I thought the side quests were fun and I completed all of them before completing the main story and I’m both glad I did (for strength purposes) and sad that I don’t have much left to do now other than continue crime patrols. I really hope to see DLC in the form of more villain case files, new side quest enemies, and more character experiences would be an amazing additions to this game more than having a sequel.

I really enjoyed this show, we binge watched it over two nights. If you watched Money Heist and loved it, this has much of the same vibe and the nonstop action keeps you on your seat. I do understand everyone’s complaints about it though- it left many many questions unanswered and not knowing if there’s a season 2 feels so unsatisfying because by the end of the last episode you have more questions then when you begin! It just starts to introduce some new characters central to what’s happening and bam, shows over. I really hope they renew it because if not, it’s a waste of 6 episodes.
