Apart from the fact that the movie is very original, and Roberts was wonderful, as always.. I personally watched this movie twice to look into those honest, blue eyes of Hugh Grant, which in the movie were oozing love for his girl.

I managed 10 mins with a lot of effort.. My God!

Just saw it on Amazon Prime. I could connect to it really well. Sonakshi did justice to her role. It was a pleasure watching her. I liked most of it. Some parts could have been dealt with differently without making her character look dumb (coz Noor herself claims to be a very brainy girl but sometimes doesn't act like one). Otherwise, I completely enjoyed the movie.. start to finish. Truly underrated. However, I personally don't like movies or serials glorifying the same habit - men and women getting heavily drunk all the time. Why should a habit so unhealthy be glorified in every "modern" movie. I know its a personal choice but movie makers should be conscious of its implications.

I never felt that Amrita (Tapsee) was overreacting to "just one slap". Never. Thanks to the superb story and screenplay by director Anubhav Sinha and to all the actors for doing justice to their roles. For a large fraction of India's male population, entitlement runs in their blood and the movie is 'bakwas' or 'impractical' or just 'stupid'. But thankfully there are a few men who belong to the clan who can think, retrospect and even consider a change in their attitude and even fewer are those who were raised not to feel entitled. Everybody has something to relate to in this movie. Thank you Anubhav Sinha!
