OK at best. I had not watched the original Road House when I saw the 2024 version. I liked the cast, thought they played their parts well. I thought the story line was good. Twists were very predictable though. Some of the plot as far as the fighting scenes and recovery would never happen in real life. Too false. Not the best movie I’ve watched recently, but not the worst either. The true issue I had was the graphics were horrible, like graphics from a Nintendo 64 from the year 2000. Horrible.

This movie had pretty good reviews, but to me, it was very dry. The storyline took a very long time to build and then didn’t seem to pick up from there. I was surprised because it has some A list actors, but it just flopped. Way too much of the storyline was based on the dog. Good Sunday afternoon movie to nap to… Zzzzz

I was happy to see Megan Monaghan in a serious role, more than a rom-con. Unfortunately this movie was dry and predictable. It’s also shot in one site, it reminded me of the really bad Nicholas Cage movie with the wild animals and the serial killer on the boat. Equally bad. And the CGI was so terrible, like a kid holding a plastic airplane while filming with a cell phone. Not believable at all. Low budget. Don’t waste an hour and a half on this one.

Dry until the last ten minutes. I want my 3 hours back. Had nothing to do with Manson killing Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie in the film). Seriously boring. OMG boring.
