It's an average rated drama. I don't consider it mostly a Sci-fi as the whole series is more about human nature than science. Good entertaining and keep you absorbed. There are a quite a bit of stupidity and excess of drama with Robinson's family.
I like Don West character in this series, at least some funny dialogues.
