l am a huge Steven King fan. That said, this is my least favorite book. First of all, it was somewhat boring..... it just was hard to get through. Mostly disgusting graphic descriptions of the senseless murders of young boys between 14 and 18. Cold blooded, emotionless murders with lots of brain matter and spilled guts. After endless build up where you knew who "the winner" would be by the way it was presented, it just ends abruptly..... no what happened in the aftermath. It felt unfinished.... like King got tired of the whole project, and hurridly ended it. Very unsatisfied with the ending, to the point where l was sorry l wasted my time.
