Ridiculous premise and laughable over the topness but that's what you expect from Johnson these days. What I can conclude is that DJ movies are basically all the same now. Old sweaty clothing, lots of running and jumping, one liners and him surviving ludicrous action sequences with having just enough adaptability to handle any weapon or mode of transport. Would be more entertaining if not so repetitive (F8, Skyscraper, Jumanji etc). I expect more of the same at his next release
