Used to be a wonderful free service. Now there’s a charge starting with a basic and useful plan. But watch out because if you don’t cancel your trial or plan before the renewal, there is a hefty non refundable clause. It doesn’t matter if you were simply human and forgot, there are no exceptions to this refund. Customer service is quick to respond, and detailed with their response, hence the two stars. But be weary. I know I will never be using this service again.
