David is dressing very trashy, he should dress more professional after all he is showing high price homes. Just finished watching the Hot Spring episode he is wearing a tank / muscle shirt with ugly shorts and tacky jewelry. Totally a very trashy look. The show needs to definitely have a dress code for him!
You could wear comfortable clothes and yet still look professional.
