Madden 2010 is still better in so many ways. I'm not even gonna mention all the polished features from that game which are STILL missing, as the core gameplay needs to be addressed before EA wastes anymore money and time on anything else.
DDA (Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment) without a doubt takes effect in every game you play. Every interaction you make is based on a dice roll, literally, and turning up the difficulty only means you get -5 to all your rolls, and the cpu gets advantage.
Do not expect logical gameplay, the CPU knows exactly what play you run on both Offense and Defense, and if you cheese to try and beat the CPU, it will literally just injure your players, force a turnover animation, or outright break the laws of physics (and the ingame ratings/sliders) to insure you do not win.
Your 95 overall team will perform worse than 75 overall teams because... there just simply isn't a good reason, and it's almost certainly the game's DDA is trying to keep it "challenging" so you stay "engaged".
The only part of Madden 25 that makes sense is the in-game casino store for MUT, because at least when you're gonna gamble, you know you're just burning your time and money.
