** SOME SPOILERS AT THE END. ** While season one suffers from a bit of choppy edit, bad CGI, and amateurish screenplay the characters and storyline keep you hooked. From season 2 these small issues start resolving. Overall it has well written characters and character development, even for the minor characters. The ending of the series was well done. GOT could have learner from them and done a better job at it. *SPOILER AHEAD* Particularly since the turn of Mordred's character is the similar to that of Daenerys and both were done within the last few episodes of their respective series. But Mordred's turn is much better and perfectly acceptable while Daenerys' looks like a slapdash last moment addition. Anyone who has read the legends knows that Mordred and Arthur killed each other in battle but the series does a great job of keeping you on your toes about how and why Mordred turns, even for those who have read the legends. And when they do you are not left confused as to why he did what he did.

This is such a change of pace from all the other TV shows either trying to be the funniest or the goriest or the most 'life-like'. They have said 'f#$k you' to all the conventional story lines and concepts and I have loved every second of it. I have already watched the first season 3 times and will probably watch once more before season 2 drops.
