Really bad...verging on future cult classic. Implausible to the point of fantasy. Except the material (bank robbers on the lam with hostages, car chases) is really tired. Medical emergency theme is sooo over the top. Looking forward to revisiting this movie on a sleepless night in about 10 years time. Two stars for that reason.
