As a Retired teacher and beginning co-writer and Self Publisher of Children's Picturebooks, I was fascinated to read E3 Call Home. My Co-writer and illustrator have written A Fictional New Zealand story about relationships involving an angry boy, the school Caretaker, and a godwit injured in a storm on its migration to Alaska. What a wonderfully present Book E3 Call Home is. The idea of giving the information in the form of the Strip up to p21 was a brilliant idea -- Stroy at the top of the pages and the "Visual Narrative" at the bottom just matched so well ..
