I listened to this audio book on Spotify and immediately felt immersed in it. If you can understand the root of the book it's to focus on small things that make a bigger difference. If your brain can't translate that than stop reading it... The vivid imagery of San Diego and other scenes painted in the book can easily transport you into the scenarios and Admiral McRaven spoke so elegantly that you can feel his passion and messages. While this book came from a graduation speech it was methodical and provided great life advice as any young person can use in this generation.
