Sunday Morning Producers/graphics people: love the info pieces, ie Almanac, Calendar. Could you please give more time to each info item (leave them up on the screen a few seconds longer), shorten the line length and increase the font size to make them easier to read on the screen? It would be great to catch ALL the info! Thanks!

I enjoy this show! Like learning about the science of recipes and ingredients; helps me understand what is important to process and cooking. My only complaint- please please please post the written name of the recipe when the demonstration is complete. Sometimes I don't know if I want to track down the recipe until I’ve seen the ingredients and the cooking steps. Your hosts recap the recipe and call out the name of the dish, but it would be so helpful to see the title of the recipe at the end too!
