Again the Europeans have a different approach to mysteries and crime drama which is refreshing. Luc Capitani and his relationship with long lost girl friend is very close to a Fred Vargis character, Commissionaire Adamsberg. Worth watching. If your language is English, just put on the sub titles, I do so anyway because of poor hearing.
Would like to see Commissionaire Adamsberg as a TV series.
